-Don’t let you account/s go overdrawn

-Don’t miss payment on i.e. credit card facilities.

-Don’t have gambling direct debits go out of your account if applicable.

-Don’t take out personal loans, leases of new credit cards without letting me know between now and your loan. I have had people go get a car, etc before their home settles.

-Do a free credit check via Equifax if you suspect you might have a judgement or default on your credit profile.

-Don’t apply to multiple lenders at the same time as this could affect your credit score.
